Self-explanatory. You get Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook and One Note. All you need to do is sign up with Windows Live (free). http://us2.office2010beta.microsoft.com/default.aspx?culture=en-US I'm using One Note right now and I like the minor changes. C'mon, all you are sacrificing is about a gig of hard drive!
EDIT: I gotta have this Office 2010. You can now make your text look BETTER. This is the greatest improvement EVER! I miss the Office Assistants: Bring them back, Microsoft! Two, please.
07 can do that now...and you're right, I thought that alone was dramatic for Microsoft. ewww...Office Assistant. That was the first thing I turned off when those little guys first start popping up.

I've been using it for a few months and I really like it. Its hard to describe why, its like describing Windows 7... its just better. Don't mess with Outlook though.
Sorry, didn't catch the sarcasm I guess I'm more PowerPoint smart than Word smart. In PowerPoint you can. There is no option in Word but one can create the text in PowerPoint and copy/paste into word. Down fall is you can't edit the text. LOL at what she said.
