Free Generic Stat Tracker for Yahoo Fantasy Basketball

    Whats up guys I thought i would share this with you all, dont go spend $10 on stat tracker when you can basically get the same thing here.

    You must have firefox for this to work!!!

    STEP 1.) download an addon for firefox called greasemonkey. You can download it here:
    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/748

    now restart firefox so the addon can be installed.

    Step 2.) now download a user script for grease monkey. You can download it here:
    http://userscripts.org/scripts/show/6177

    The install button is on the top right.
    Also this link provides some screen shots of how it is going to look. In order to make it appear on your roster page you have to click on show freebie stats. This is located on your roster page (or any team's roster page) on the top right directly above your roster where it used to say get stat tracker now.


    Mods I thought this would get more attention in the hangout, but if you guys feel it should be moved to fantasy than go right ahead.

    You can also get Yahoo's stattracker for free by registering a "Coke Rewards" username. Look for the banner at the top of your league homepage.

    well it did not work for me. After registering they said they would get back to me with an email and i never recieved one and its been 3 days (and yes i checked my junk mail too!)

    You have to use the same username that is registered as the primary email address for your fantasy team.

    i now have a little monkey in the bottom right corner...

    what else can the greasemonkey addon do?
    and is there one of these for football?

    This may be obvious to some, but you can use this to look at other teams too, not just your own.

    you can customize pretty much any page.
    use it as an adblocker
    add mirrors to digg pages
    remove the donation banner on wikipedia

    ya they have one for fantasy football too.
    just go to this website http://www.greasespot.net/ and go to find user scripts and search for the football one.
