I want to share this. This morning I didn't think I could make it another day, but this Freddie King song saved my life.

    Testify brother!

De blues is de Raison d'être.

I heard a new CD by a guy named Dave Perkins called Pistol City Holiness this week. The lyrics are very topical for the current economic situation. I would have titled it, Loud Blues for Hard Times.

well, the song is uplifting in a way, but if that did it for you, there's so much more for you to look forward to.

Buck up, young lad, the world is your oyster, and you should make plans to shuck it, cover it with Tabasco, and slurp it down your cake hole all within an "El Sobrante fortnight".

Definition of an "El Sobrante fortnight" is yet to be determined. But reliable sources say the time span is somewhere between two weeks and a decade.
