Cool. Nonetheless, it is interesting to see the Celtics offense run. They have fewer set plays than us and rely more on one-on-one talent than anyone in the league. Just goes to show how players can be percieved when they are not under close scrutiny by their fans, as Francis is often by us.
Perhaps we should start another forum called Steve Haters Central....there sure have been enough posts lately to support one...
These guys are supposed to represent the country, correct? Is it unreasonable to think that the league doesn't want a guy that threw a tantrum on national tv and got a DUI representing the NBA and the US? What say you?

You act as if he jumped up and down, sat in the back room refusing to go to the stage, and screamed at the top of his lungs. His reaction was a normal reaction by any human to a situation they really did not want to be in. If you hate Francis so much, go root for the Raptors.
Umm wasn't there some controversy surrounding Pierce at the beginning of last year? Didn't he get into a fight and got stabbed and almost died?
Didn't Jason Kidd smack around his wife a while back?? Francis got arrested for DUI, but he spent the night in jail and paid whatever fines were issued and was criticized both on this board and in public. As far as I know, he hasn't done it again... TheFreak, when you become perfect, let me know...
