I also heard mention that Francis will start tomorrow but the Wiz is out because of a bum ankle.

    What about KT?

If Kt's not back, we might see a starting lineup of Steve, Cuttino, Oscar, Eddie, and Cato. Very interesting. I hope they push it from the start.

Old School, is this something that the media's reported or something you've 'heard?' It doesn't make a difference either way, but I'd just like to know before I go scrounging around for print news.

This may determine how serious the Rockets are about Eddie being a 3.

He's playing well enough to earn a starting slot and big minutes, Walt is out. KT should be back, and at PF.

If Eddie's a 3, tomorrow is the time to play him there. The only true 3 left on the roster is Morris, though Cat and Torres will likely get minutes there.

Kind of funny...we had 4 SFs on the roster, now we're down to 1. That's the way the season goes.

Tomorrow's not the game I'd start Eddie at the 3. I think Corliss Williamson plays the bulk of the time at the 3, even if he doesn't start. Eddie would have trouble defending against him. Then again, Oscar or TMo wouldn't be much better. Maybe, they could start Eddie at the 3, but have him guard Cliff Robinson, put Cato on Ben Wallace and KT on Williamson. Or maybe (and more likely Rudy will try to get Detroit to match up with us instead of the other way around.

Channel 11 here in Houston just confirmed that Stevie was going to start against the Pistons. They had a segment where Franchise was being interviewed and one of the reporters told him that he would be starting and he was surprised and excited. Real cool to see that, I thought. Also, it was just re-confirmed on the 610 Sportsflash. Guess the push for the playoffs officially starts NOW!!

I dont think we should put Cato on Ben Wallace. Wallace is too active for Cato. Maybe if Cato could be active he would have a chance against Wallace because of his size. I would put Kenny on Wallace and let him know that his only job is not to let Wallace get rebounds because that's a large reason why they've won all the games that they have. I might even consider putting Morris on him even though Morris is a bit small.
