I just wanted to say TroyBaros isn't representing Steve very well. I don't think Steve is all about being on the covers of magazines, etc. like some implied. He desperately wants to make the playoffs and believes there's a better chance in the East which is true. The reason he wants a player like Odom or Butler is because we probably would make the playoffs with them while with Ming we might not next year but if he dominates as predicted then we could win a championship. Steve obviously wants a championship but he just is sick of losing. Can you blame him? I know he shouldn't be dictating things like he is the GM, but he just wants to win. Maybe he's doing it in an immature manner, but his motives are truly not as evil as the ones many are overreacting to.
IMO We make the playoff AS IS [barring injury - with Rice and Taylor back] Ming Odom Butler whoever. . is just Gravy Rocket River
