Well, in case some had forgotten, the Rockets still have some games left, and for those who care, we should be in for another interesting one this evening. You saw the passion that was generated from both the fans and the players of both teams the last time the Rockets played in Vancouver. The Rockets won in a nail-biter. So, does everyone want to show Vancouver who got the better end of the deal again, like me, or is it just a lose-at-all-costs mentality for most on this board? If your choice is the latter, will you even watch the game? I hope that (in this order): a) the Rockets win b) Cuttino lights up Dickerson c) Anderson lights up Dickerson d) KT lights up Othella e) Francis lights up Bibby ------------------

I just hope that the people in Vancouver only throw soft mushy vegetables , as opposed to unripe hard ones or batteries and coins. Don't want any unnecessary injuries. ------------------
rimbaud -- I don't wish ill on them. I just want them to get outplayed by their counterparts on our team. What's wrong with that? I forgot to add Cato to my list. My only wish for him tonight is that he continue to play like a 7-footer, like the Atlanta game, rather than a 6-footer. ------------------

More than anything else, I'd like Cato to have another great game. As far as the 'rivalry' goes (how do you have a rivalry between two teams that suck so bad?), I hope the fans suddenly come to terms with the trade and reconcile themselves with Francis: give him an ovation at the beginning of the game and be glad that they got Dickerson and Harrington with a trade. I rather like the Grizzlies and I'd hate to have an animosity run between the two teams over the Francis fiasco. ------------------

Juan, Let the rivalry begin, now. With hopes that in the future it leads to a full-fledged NBC-sponsored rivalry pitting the best of the West. After Utah and SA vanish into talent vacuums, we need someone like Vancouver to yell at. What I want is everyone to come to grips with the need to start cheering against Dickerson and Othella, out of fun fanaticism for the home team.
