His stats are pretty good, but he isn't hitting his shots!!!

    Jan 18 at Boston (W)- 26pts, 10ast, 15rb, 1st, 5to
    Jan 21 at Atlanta (L) - 25pts, 10ast, 9rb, 1st, 8to
    Jan 22 vs Dallas (L) - 25pts, 5ast, 3rb, 1st, 4to
    Jan 24 vs New Jersey (L) - 23pts, 11ast, 12rb, 2to
    Jan 26 at Charlotte (W) - 30pts, 8ast, 8rb, 4st, 6to

    Ave: 25.8pts, 8.8ast, 9.2rb, 1.4stl, 5to, 44mins, 42-107fg (.392), 6-20 3pt (.300), 39-51 FT (.765),

He's attempting 21 shots a game, making only 8.4(?) of them. Although he is getting to the line alot (10.2 per game).
Stevie is shooting .435 from the field this season, and making a little over 80% of his FT's, and 32% of his treys. Could his shooting slump be caused by his migranes, or is he having to force his shots more because of Mobley, Griffin, Norris etc... shooting more?

    Comments?

i think the migranes are effecting his consentration when shooting, but he is finding other ways to score and help the team win. 8.8 ast per game realy helps and he is amazing grabbing 9.2 rebs.

It's kind of hard to shoot good when you are having migraines every night. He had good overal games though.

No, but you seem to be hitting your shots pretty well. ;) The guy has been a triple-double threat every time he gets on the court. I think we need to lay off the fact that his shooting might not be where we all know it could be, and praise him for getting his teamates involved, and elevating his teamates play. That's by far more important than a few missed shots.
