.....& 5th most efficient player in the entire NBA after the first 7 games, according to NBA.com. WOW! I know he doesn't average many assists, but that will come as the rotation settles down & he starts to trust his teammates (by trust, I mean he'll be able to count on them hitting their shots). By the way, he's only 2.6 apg behind Andre Miller & 3.6 apg behind Jason Kidd, while averaging 7.4 ppg more than Kidd & 10.7 ppg more than Miller. For those that don't believe he's the right PG for this team, just be patient & he'll show you he is. http://www.nba.com/statistics/default_regular_season_leaders/LeagueLeadersEFFQuery.html
Fully agree. BTW I do not think with Steve pentration ability ever to have serious double digit assist capability because he will be primarily used to get the defense to collapse and then dish to someone who then gets the assist depending on how the defense reacts. This of course can change if the team stops utilizing or Steve's penetration ability changes as he matures.
You can't determine efficiency by statistics. Especially rebounds. What the hell do rebounds have to do with how efficient a player is?
Isn't that the formula that Lary Bird used or something to determine who would be the MVP for the year, or was his different. If so, that means he's in the top 5 for MVP votes for the season.
On par with: "Computers are useless -- they can only give you answers." --Pablo Picasso Which is simply not true. Too often, computers can only give you crap -- just ask Google...
only thing that bothers me is that francis is the only one from our team up there... i really hope we get someone else efficient up there...
the formula is seriously flawed, how can 1 fg be worth 2 assists, 2 steals, and 2 blocks. Those are much harder to come by then one shot.
That's great to hear. Steve's shots are coming mostly in the flow of the offense, and not forced this year, and he shows up to win every game.
