Anyone notice how as soon as Francis is back in the starting lineup all our problems disappear? I guess thats why they call him Stevie Franchise.:D

You know injuries are never good, but I wonder. Remember when people were ripping on Francis, Mobley and saying they weren't getting anybody involved in the offense? We had serious problems WITH Francis in the lineup a few months ago. I wonder if Francis had a chance to look at the team from the bench, see tendencies that players did, saw certain patterns from the bench that he wouldn't have seen playing the game, saw certain plays he could do and then used them once he got back. Francis is doing a much better job of running the offense since he came back from the injury then he did before the injury.

I am very happy about the win and about Francis' performance, but this was still only one game, so I think it is a little bit premature to make a general statement like this...let's hope he can keep this up :).

Did you know that was the first time Franchise has hit a last second game winning basket in his NBA career?

    It's true.

I'm kinda surprised that 36 is his career high.

That's true Det! :) As well as Francis has played, he is obviously one of the top 2 or 3 PGs in the NBA, the Rockets need more support from the other players to win. Griffin is a nice surprise, Cat needs to break his slump, and we need Rice, Mo and KT to get healthy soon!

I think being a fan on the bench over the past month has led him to see the offense in a different light, and therefore he is able to run it better and get good shots.

From spectator to Superstar...that's Stevie Franchise.
