Is this the worst article ever? Chris Paul over rated? Please... I think if the Hornets are in the same mind set as this writer there would quickly be 29 teams in line to take this over rated guy.

Weren't those the same guys that had Yao, D Wade, and Batman as the top 5 overrated players last off-season?

    They're a complete joke!

Agree with: pretty much everybody on that list. Especially the part about KG -- been saying that for years.

Disagree with: CP3, Dirk and Shawn Marion (to some degree)

It's funny how they put Bosh on the list the PF everyone desperately wants in 2010 FA.

It makes sense. You can both be overrated and still coveted at the same time. He's only 25-years-old and one of the top scoring big men in the league. Plus, there's still plenty of us out there hoping Bosh turns a corner and starts playing like "2008 Olympics Bosh" instead of "NBA softy Bosh".

    http://msn.foxsports.com/nba/story/9850146/Who-are-the-NBA's-most-underrated-players?

Most of the guys on there have a hard time finding a team that have playoff hopes take em.... Captain Jack!!!

With Bosh, and many players that are considered soft, it's really not an issue of toughness. He didn't change in the Olympics. It is an issue of physical strength. He doesn't have the strength to defend big NBA PF's, and definitely not centers. That is why you see the difference in him in international play. Those guys aren't as strong.

I don't really agree with the article. It's almost as if he randomly chose players and pointed out their weaknesses.

EDIT: Thank you FLASH21 for posting that underrated list. I had a good laugh when Rosen tried to hype up KWAME BROWN. I admit, he's good enough to be on someone's roster but...Kwame Brown? really?

The only ones I agree with-

    Overrated: Al Harrington
Underrated: Craig Smith, Anthony Parker, Jarrett Jack

Are the Collins twins even in the NBA? Kwame Brown is underrated?

I thought Bosh definitely kicked his game into another gear for the Olympics. He was playing closer to the basket, cleaning the glass, protecting the rim and getting a ton of putbacks/garbage points. I agree that the strength element (NBA vs. international) plays into it -- and to his credit -- he's come a LONG way from the rail thin player he used to be at Georgia Tech. So, yeah, I agree that plays into it -- I just thought I saw him step up his game a notch and I liked what I saw. If you watched him play for the first time in the Olympics you would have thought he was a banger/bruiser as opposed to the finesse player that he really is. I would like to see more of that on the NBA level.

    What a ridiculous list.

Chris Andersen - A guy isn't overrated when everyone appreciates him for exactly what he does: block shots and bring energy. It's not like people are comparing him to Hakeem Olajuwon on a nightly basis.

Gilbert Arenas - I agree to some extent, but I can't think of "the many times he's choked in the deciding moments of playoff games." I remember him missing a couple of free throws once.

Carlos Boozer - Agree, but then so does his own team.

Chris Bosh - I'll gladly take a "soft" 20-10 over what just about any other player in the league gives you.

    Marcus Camby - Agree

    Kevin Garnett - Agree

Al Harrington - I never hear anybody talk about this guy so how can he be overrated?

Stephen Jackson - Everyone knows exactly what this guy is. He's a wild chucker. He was on a really fun to watch team that beat Dallas in the playoffs.

Brad Miller - If players get embarrassed when he scores double digits on them, then there are a LOT of embarrassed players in the league. He's been averaging double digits for a decade now.

Chris Paul - If it's so easy to stop him, why do so few teams manage to do it? And who cares if his game has weaknesses, he's damn good and he carries a pretty weak team. Also, this is the point with Rosen's stupidest argument (and that's really saying something).
Apparently, he's never heard of Isiah Thomas.

That was one of the worst articles I have ever read.

He pretty much set expectations for players that no no else shares and then tells us why that player fails to meet the expectations that only he expects.

No surprise Rosen convinced Fox to let him write another column where he can just piss on players he doesn't like. Never mind that half the players he listed are already finished and no one is high on them at all.

Why would you list Camby, Brad Miller, Chris Anderson, Al Harrington, et al as overrated? Who considers them top flight (or even 2nd tier) anymore? Does anyone even consider them good starters?

The Chris Paul hate was a stretch at best. Rosen really has issues with his bitterness. He's a phenomenal distributor at the 1....but....but...he's not tall! Stupid.

    Typical Rosen.

This is my opinion, but I’d have to say Kobe.

He hadn’t done anything but score his team into the lottery and get Andrew Bynum since the end of the Shaq in LA era. After that management scurried and called in a couple favors with Jerry West to help them get back in the mix and so Pau Gasol landed in there laps on the cheap.

If it wasn’t for that one move Kobe would more than likely be in another city with his cocky and arrogant self. I respect his game but dislike his attitude. But as long as you keep him as a scorer and keep him from becoming a distributor, the game is almost always yours to lose.

I’d put Kobe and LeBron on the top of this list for sure.

You can not be overrated if you led your team to what everyone's ultimate goal is. Win a championship.

You can if it's with a team that's been expected to do it for the past 3 years. They were expected to win it and they still got put to the test by the weakest team in the playoffs after Yao went down.

They had the easiest road EVER that a champion has had to plow through, so easy they coulda used my kid brothers sand box shovel.

Everyone had depleted teams and if KG would of been healthy I'd say the Celts would have went back-to-back, especially with the way everyone else on their squad played.
