Ok, my only source is a poster on the ESPN Raptor board with an American dish. However, this guy is very respected on the Raptor board and never makes up crap or posts garbage to piss people off. He's a regular, like most of you are. Basically, Fox Sports said the Raptors and Rockets are working on an S&T and it will be announced at the thursday press conference. Like I said, it came from a person with an American satellite dish(to get ESPN in Canada) and this person doesn't lie about rumors or the like. He says the report by Fox might be BS though because they've been wrong before. Speculation is it might be for a scrub big man(Skinner, etc) and a lottery protected pick we got from Seattle in a trade. Interesting, because that contrasts sharply with what David Adlridge reported, that a S&T between Houston and Toronto was not likely. I don't which source to believe, if either one. Didnt Toronto just get Skinner from Chicago who got him from LA Clippers, or is there another Skinner, or am I completely making htis all up? ------------------ American business long ago gave up on demanding that prospective employees be honest and hardworking. Sane, first off Toronto is the better of the two...Secondly, The Raptors are the one that have the 5 mil exception...Also, you can't CLEAR cap room with the exception per se...it just allows you to trade for a higher salary player once your over the cap. ------------------
The only connection that makes sense there is that Skinner is a Baylor grad like CD, who has always helped out Baylor alums to find spots around the NBA, i.e. David Wesley.
