The player some of my pals used to think was better than Kobe Bryant is averaging 15.6 points, 4.4 rebounds and 5 dimes. I wonder if his sore back and bad knee can be traced to improper technique used while attempting to lift his wallet ($21 million this year). We'll have to see if microfracture surgery will impact the macroeconomics that hit next season in the final year of his contract.

Les would pay tmac 100M a year if only Stern will allow it.

they should take the rest of his salary next year and divide up to the players who helped win 2 championships for this franchise.

Mario Elie needs some new shoes.

Well, before last year, McGrady arguably was the better player. He played at about the same level offensively, but was better on defense and was the better passer.

I still can't believe the Bulls were dumb enough to give Big Ben that fat contract.

If by "well before last year" you mean the two years he won the scoring title then, definately maybe, on the offensive side of the ball. Defensively Kobe has always been much better. As far as a passer again it could be debatable. But no one could ever argue Kobe doesn't have that killer instinct or will to win. I'm my book Kobe>Tracy.

The overpaid list is reasonable, but the underpaid list is a joke. WTF almost all of his guys are players signed to rookie deals. Obviously they're gonna be underpaid duhhhhhh. Why didn't he include Derrick Rose while he's at it

Definitely not true. Once upon time TMAC was regarded as the better of the two. Try searching for some TMAC vs Kobe articles. Tmac in his younger days was a defensive beast. If you dont believe me, look at his numbers of blks and stls in limited minutes while with the Raptors. Experts thought of him as Pippen with better offense.

Even our boy Charles Barkley proclaimed that he was the 2nd best player in the entire NBA, 2nd only to Shaq and even ahead of Duncan at the time. This was when he was leading Orlando to the playoffs.

    O what could have been.........

They also did "underpaid" players which was mostly just guys on their rookie contracts due for a pay day. The "underpaid" players one was stupid, they could have at least gotten a little more clever with that.

You instantly lost all your credibility by quoting Barkley...

I never said Barkley was correct. The quote from Barkley was given for perspective as Barkley has continually hated on the Rockets and Tmac.

Besides, unlike most, I like Charles :D.

Stupid Report. They say he is overpaid because he is averaging 15 points? Stupid, if they want to talk about his lack of games played then fine. But the stats, thats just stupid.

How can he average 25+ a game and we still have the production from the rest of the team (aside from Yao), I mean hell even Ron needs his touches makes no sense.

Like I said if they want to talk about his lack of playing this season then fine, but to base it on stats is ridiculous.
