You're right, I didn't even notice Selvin Young's name. Some people think he should be starting in front of Benson.
They were all 4 or 5-star recruits coming out of high school. Edorian was the state 100m champion. Dibbles was thought by some to be the #1 Dlineman in the nation.
ALSO NOTE THE LACK OF CHARGES AS WELL AS THE WAY THEY ARE COMMENTING ON ANYTHING, I SUSPECT JUST AS IN THE BENSON CASE, THERE WILL JUST NOT QUITE BE ENOUGH TO BRING CHARGES IF IT WERE YOU OR I.
Those would be people who were smoking what he is accused of being in posession of. Selvin is a great change of pace guy. I loved his play and think he is an important piece to the team, but by no means do I think he is a every down back.
I went to high school with Selvin Young. Does anybody want to take a guess what his nickname in high school was?

IF the searh function was still on, y'all could look me up back in October of 2001 sometime there to see the proof. A lot of players smoke. It happens at many D-I schools. A lot of y'alls ballers and I have mutual friends, and I was tellin y'all that stuff back when Toombs here at A&M got busted (way before Benson), and I was like "stop ragin on Aggies gettin high, because Longhorns players do it to because I freakin witnessed this first hand on many occasions...and then 6 months later, the Benson thing happens (and no matter what happened to the charges, the fact is he smokes in his room). So these freshmen should have just waited until school started where they can find weed sanctuary in Jester East. Now MAYBE, stuff has changed over the last year. Cause the RA's have changed, and the main boss, the RHD who lives in the apartment on the first floor in J.East has changed also. So maybe, the cops do get called nowadays or at least the RA's write them up for smokin. But that never happened before if you were a player. And if you were just normal, then you were screwed.
