I haven't had it done, but from seeing prices, they vary all over the place depending upon what needs to be done. From everything I've heard or read, expect something like $3000 - $10,000. But again... it depends.
What kind of cracks are they (horizontal or vertical, width, length, under ground?), I did some amateur work myself on my parents home.
What kind of foundation do you have? I'm sure if it's concrete slab it's going to be a lot more expensive.
Honestly, as someone who owns property, it's best to leave these things to the experts and not get too carried away trying to be Tim the "Tool man" Taylor. Where's Swoly when you need him.
Its a concrete slab on a one story house. Theres a really bad slop going from the living into the den and the ceiling is starting to crack. This is my aunt's house, I was just trying to get some prices and some repetable company's to get job done.
