Yao pointed out why it wasn't the greatest promotional idea ever. ''First of all, there is no such thing as a fortune cookie in China,'' Yao said. ``Second, maybe fortune cookies are too small. I'd give out something a little bigger.'' The last suggestion was a joke from the 7-5 center. In all seriousness, Yao said he wasn't insulted by the promotion because he's not necessarily familiar with American stereotypes of Chinese culture.
