    Are you kidding me. What a POS. As far as I am concerned Athletes like him and Karl Malone deserve jail time. Yet Josh gets No jail time and gets deferred probation. That’s what money will do for you. If this was the average Joe. Do you think they would get a plea deal like this?

    Yes. I'd say most of the time there wouldn't even be charges filed. It doesn't make it okay, but it happens a lot.

    Right... Hamilton is a total POS, but his case is publicized because of who he is.

    My son has represented women in custody cases where the father was a POS and their cases were never publicized but the fathers got a slap on the wrist as well.
