Basically a kid stole some stuff. The cops caught him and a bunch of them decided to rough him up. They didn't realize they were being recorded.

How can anyone look at that video, and think that the cops actions were warranted? It doesnt matter than the kid stole anything prior to this. Its not the cop's job to hand out punishment. They are there to arrest and then the courts can decide punishment.

Dayum excessive force. Just cuff the mofo while he was laying on his stomach. It could of been worst though, the young man could of died from a gunshot wound from the homeowner in the residence he broke into ensuing the chase.

If the cops tell you stop, maybe you shouldn't keep running. They can't shoot you in the leg, so it stands to reason they may be a little frustrated when they catch up.
