Let's focus on the business issue and the chemistry of the team. First, it does not make business sense to pay a 38 year old center $20 million over 2 years to come in second place in the Western Conference. We will not beat L.A. w/ or w/o Hakeem. He cannot stop Shaq and neither Fato (Fake Cato). I say we move forward with LaFrentz or Nazr. The will give us more upside. In addition, if Shandon just figure out his offensive game is limited, we should not resign him for that alone. I would package Walt Williams and Kelvin Cato and send somewhere quick. I would not resign Dream or Shandon, we are 2 or 3 years away from making some noise in the post season. Out in 4 in the 1st round of playoffs doesn't make sense for the extra cap money.

Maybe I'm in dire need of a good laugh... but I felt this post needed a response...

Nazr will end up back in ATL. They love him. You are also assuming LaFrentz will be dealt, which is iffy at best.
