I have hoped that the Rockets would get Shandon all off season, but I'm tired of hoping. It's pretty easy to see that he's about the money, and he really doesnt care where he plays. If the Clippers could pay him enough, he'd go there AND ride the bench. Sign Sam Mack. At least he seems to have the desire to be here. Besides, after Shandon's piddling around, I'm not so sure how well Sir Charles would get along with him. Lets re-up mack, and then sign Ron Harper, and use our 1 mil exception on someone that could at least have a positive impact on the team. ------------------ Sir Charles is DA MAN.
This whole Anderson-Mack thing is making absolutely ZERO sense. If one should be accused of being all about the money it should be Mack...we have his bird right dont we? I am not saying that is why he wants to be here, but if someone should be accused, it should be him. That Shandon is even considering us in favor or signing with Utah for more money, just goes to show that he isnt about the money. Lets just put an end to all of this Anderson-Mack crap, and BE PATIENT.

He could make the same money he wants from houston just about anywhere, but He loves the city of Houston. And wants to be here.
