this is from ESPN, looks like we are trying to strengthen LB before we go into the draft..........

this is making my Trotter rumor look less likely....... oh well, this guy was a first round pick........I bet he pays off

    correction.......

the link from ESPN says Foreman was a first round pick in 1999, but I have been looking around and I think he was a 5th round pick......... just didn't want to get killed for reporting false info.....

I still think he could be a good pickup, we didn't need Rogers and Foreman started for the Bills when they ran the 3-4 scheme.

Do you really think Trotter is out of the question now? I hope we get him.

why is trotter less likely because of this trade? isn't trotter pegged as in inside linebacker??

foreman was an ILB when buffalo ran the 3-4; last year, under williams, he was moved outside.

it's a great pickup, imo. we trade a back-up RB for a starting LB. absolute no-brainer. in terms of how it might impact their pursuit of trotter... let's put it this way: if you have the chance to sign trotter, even if you have a team full of foreman's, you do it. you don't win by settling.

Its almost a done deal that Trotter will sign with the Redskins. He likes the NFC east and loves the fact that he will be playing the Eagles twice. Plus Snyder will give him lots of $$$. More than we could give him.
