For the last few years, I really haven't been to any major tourist attractions. Im not talking about specific location, but large areas that bring in lots of tourist attractions. The couple areas that i've been to are gatlinburg/pigeon forge, TN and Myrtle Beach, SC. It seems many of the jobs are filled with foreigners with work visa's. Has it always been this way or is this something new thats coming about? Also, are there companies who are behind this, such as providing them with living quarters, transportation, ect ... in exchange for dedicated and underpaid workers?
The World Showcase areas at Epcot always hired natives from each country to staff the food kiosks and stores, and pretty much every single girl that worked there was gorgeous
