For you people who know how to brief a court case

    I am taking a course and I need some cases to be briefed. I would appreciate any help you could give me. These are only a few of the cases that need to be done. The cases are as follows:

    The whole point is to not do any homework at all. He's much better off getting you guys to do it for him, as opposed to some homework-swapping ponzi scheme. Personally, I think he's a genius.
