Did they provide red shirts for you guys to wear? It was amazing to see the sea of light blue against GS, or the yellows in Oakland. It seems like a lot of arenas don't seem to have any trouble getting their fans to wear the shirts provided for them. Is it too much to ask for that we get our fans to wear red? That wear red campaign seemed to be a bust, though it fared better than I thought it would.
They only gave the people in between the baskets in the lower level (club area) shirts. The fans in the lower bowl were standing the whole freaking game, I would look up from time to time and see entire areas of the upper deck sitting. So tired of hearing that crap. During the Lakers series the first year of Toyota I had seats up top and the last two since I have moved down to the lower level the fans around me have been just as good or better period.
EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have season tix in the lower bowl and most people were standing and wearing red whereas in the upper bowl most people you could see were sitting and not wearing as much red...i'm tired of people picking on us in the lower bowl!!!! howerver it is prety sucky of the rockets org. to not give everybody red shirts..only the people in the club seats..thats gay...we spend thousands on playoff pacages and they cant give us $2 shirts
Red t-shirts were only provided to the Club Section (lower bowl around the 2 sidelines, but NOT for the baselines) for game 2. Other than that Game 1 everyone was given red rally towels, and Game 7 everyone got one red Pom Pom.
So tired of people talking about how the fans in the Floor Seats suck. Dude it is just as loud down there as it is anywhere else (minus rowdy land). Yes you do get some people who could care less but the average fan in the lower bowl or the floor is way more of a fan than any of those people who buy tickets to one game and call themselves fans. The fact that all those fans even care enough to drive over there every night and dish out big money for seats shows that they care.
they put red shirts on the lower bowl seats before you arrive. that's how all the teams do it, apparently. Anyone in the lower bowl who isn't wearing red when they arrived and didn't put that shirt on which was conveniently placed in their seat, just plain sucks.
THANK YOU !!! Just because you pay for good seats does not mean you are not a fan. When I go, I sit about 3-4 rows up from the floor and yell like nuts..... DD
The Toyota center isn't as loud as Utah and Golden State arena thats why they make it a point to show the volume. Our fans are very astue fans, but are kind of reserve.
only in game 2 and only for the side sections of lower bowl. basically whatever's on camera. it was lame. and most of the corporate losers didnt wear them, but still took them home
That too they gave RED towels. Are they complete morons there? They tell us to wear red and then give us red towels. Glad they're familiar with the concept of color contrast...
