    I am. I live on the southwest side, in Alief. Cut off right before the 4th quarter of the Rockets game started.

    If anyone was still using roadrunner settings as their outgoing email server, it sopped working the other day. It now has to be smtp.comcast.net.

    Why does 302 always show 'no programming' on the guide when the Rockets are on?

    Why do they have to play that annoying tone on 306 where we lost the only decent music channel in America? Can they just not find a network for 306?

    Overchargin rat bastages!

    ComCast continued to charge me from October to this month...after I closed the account in Mid Oct. and moved to Direct TV.

    They even sent information to the Credit Company to get that money that they thought I owed. After wasting 4-5 hours of my time (not a Comcast customer anymore), they finally realized that they screwed up. I cant stand those people. Good Luck.

    Mine went out in the 4th and came back after the game was already over.

    Stupid Comcast.
