I found the over/under on Rocket's win's this year to be 47.5 on most sportsbook websites. In your opinion do you think we'll top this number?

I think we beat it because...

    1) The jazz are much worse
    2) our defense will be better
    3) Yao has already shown he's better

    Thoughts?

What do the jazz have to do with our win total? and i'd bet over.

I've been on record with 48 wins shortly after they hired JVG. Glad to see the pro's agreeing with me. :D :)

We won 43 last year and were 1-3 vs Utah. I bet we go at least 3-1 against them this year which is a two game improvement right there. I think barring injuries to Yao or steve we get it done.

48 sounds about right. And I'd take the over.

The Chronicle had them at 43 in the Rocket pullout section yesterday. That's the exact same record as last year. We're not a better team than last year?
