Being the only Rockets fan at my work, they're really laying it on thick. 2 more games, Rockets. Just hit the free throws, penetrate to the basket, and keep feeding Yao inside.

I am waiting for that DAGGER: "One. WIN. AWAY." a-la Charles Smith from New York in '94. That will cut their throats.

Ya, I'm hearing it but it's to be expected. The Roxs just need to prove all those a holes wrong in the next 2 games.

Some dumbass mav fan was flaunting a sign outside TC on Saturday after the game that said "Houston you have a problem". He was about to get his ASSS kicked by a drunk Rox fan.

Not yet, but its coming...I've been in my office all morning...I heard it last night from my cousin-in-law and he agreed how lop-sided the officiating was...My other cousins will give me crap...

Walking out of AA sucked, but I still had my Yao jersey and visor on, loud and proud...Dallas fans are idiots...Its like they won the championship after the game last night...I was like, dude, its one game, see me when you win a championship...

    Ugh. Yes.

I even went to the game last night (5) and wore my old Rockets hat. What a beating.

Game 6 is right around the corner.

I have one of those "I'm a Rockets fan......BUT..." guys at work who is the classic bandwagon says he loves the team, but is always the first to rub it into my face when they have a hard loss with the " I TOLD YOU SO" crap... I dont understand how you can claim to be a fan yet bet me LUNCH that the Rockets wont win... I know when I'm talking to a true fan, we bad mouth the refs and Dirk not say how Dallas "Has so much more depth"

I sucks cause when we win he acts all happy when we dont he acts like he was right all along and that Dallas is gonna win, but HE'S STILL A ROCKETS FAN:rolleyes:

Some times I want to stab him in the eye with a pencil...

Yeah, I'm catching it pretty hard today but it's OK. The Mavericks, their fans and Mark "MFFL" Cuban don't have a clue about what is about to hit them in Round 2. They are already looking past Phoenix to the conference finals. That's why it's so funny to me when they lose because they NEVER see it coming. Then, all the gloating will turn back into the usual b****ing, moaning & whining led by Mavs Fan #1: Mark Cuban.

Actually Norm, the super sports personality on Dallas' the Ticket, is giving it to Stern and the NBA right now, its pretty awesome. He says the league should apologize to Van Gundy. If anybody has the link to the Ticket streaming get on NOW.

If I were a Dallas fan I would rein in the premature crowing. There's two games left and they only beat the Rockets by 3 points in a game on their home court, when McGrady was having an off night, the refs made numerous horrendous calls in the final minutes, and our FT % was well below average.

    I STILL BELIEVE!

Alot of so called fans don't really care about "their" team. They'll like whatever team that's winning. In the Nuggets game remember when a kid took off his nuggets jersey and puts on a rockets jersey?

I consider myself a Rockets Only Fan, but I'm not one of those fans that bashes the other team and praises our team 24/7. I mean facts are facts. Dallas is a younger team that has more depth, but does that mean we can't beat them? Of course not.

IMO, a true fan is one that understands the strength and weakness of his team and no matter who we're playing he always believes we can win.

So what we're down 3-2? There's still two games ahead of us. If Dallas can win 3 straight, why can't we win 2 more? We have the best player in the series and one of the best duos in the league. If we utilize our strength and play our style of basketball Dallas will be in trouble in Games 6 & 7.

I hope our players took Game 5 personally and turn up a notch in their game on both ends of the floor.

    Let's beat the Mavs,
    Go Rockets!

I'm getting emails from co-workers, former co-workers, friends, etc. that are supposedly Dallas fans. You never hear from them until they come back and take the lead in the series, of course. :)

I had one co-worker drop by and say "you're a Rockets fan?" because I put that pic of TMac riding Bradley's back with the text that reads "Save a Horse, Ride a Mav" on it. I said "yup". He said, "Come on man, you've been in Dallas for 7 years, just go ahead and support the Mavs". I said "Don't make me throw up". He said, "Let me guess, you're probably a Redskins fan, too". I said, "Nope, but if it's any consolation, I can't stand the Cowboys". :D

Dallas sports teams can kiss my butt!!

My boss bet me the Mavericks would win at 0-2. In fact I gave him 4 to 1 odds the Rockets would win the series, and stand to loose quite a bit it appears.

I am about to puke about now!

Yeah I hear it from my Dallas counterparts. But I keep telling them that they haven't beat us yet.

I still believe that we can win this series.

    Go Rockets!!!
