I doubt he will play in college if he plays at St. Johns. My school only has maybe 1 or 2 college players and they beat St Johns badly.
I'm sure his nephew is just going to give up on playing in college now that he knows he does not have your approval.

I've never seen him play live. He's got another year to grow. Two of his brothers are bigger than he and two are smaller. The expectation is that he will be bigger than any of them. He's the youngest. It's almost always the youngest that turns out to be the most accomplished athletically. I don't know his clock speed, but I'm impressed with his instincts. I know these are highlights but he does seem to have great instincts for football: for the goalline on offense and sure-tackling on defense. I wish some of you would get a grip. No one is sending this video to Pete Carroll. My nephew just loves to play football and this is a new means that uses a medium to get his name out there. Some D2 school would probably love to have him for their program. If he gets bigger and faster, maybe a D1 school would come looking. His grandfather played football at UT.
It'd be nice, but it seems like he doesn't have very good tackling teechnique at all.. that probably won't look good to recruiters. edit: meant to say, that could be something he could work on if he still has his senior season left to play? Also, I think videos that capture route-running could help his case if he does well with that. I agree w/the other guy though--the QB looks pretty bad. That could work in his favor that he's shown so much on this video. They can be like "man, he succeeded even with this guy throwing the ball.. imagine what he could do with a real Q"
Showed good speed on that first touchdown at Rice stadium. I thought the guy was going to catch him then he broke away. The music made me laugh though.
Am impressed by the football instincts. Might need to gain a half step for Div I. The versatility is impressive. I betcha he gets to play somewhere.
Im sure he could play D2/3. I'm just saying it is very very difficult to play D1 football coming out of any school in the SPC.

Well, if he doesn't get recruited out of high school he can go to a JuCo program and play there for a year or two and see if anybody notices him.
