Just to let people know, the second season of Goal Line Blitz, a browser based football RPG, starts on Saturday. All of you who registered but didn't play and everyone who didn't want to start in the middle of the season, this is your chance to jump in. Plus, they've added a ton of new teams so there's a better chance you get signed. If you're curious, you can find the website here.
Flex points, the in game currency used to make and boost players, buy teams, etc. Nothing tangible. Since I'm broke and basically unemployed, I can't afford to buy points so I'm trying to hit it hard .
I recommend going to the forums and introducing your player on the "Players Looking for Teams" area. Just give your name and player's info (position, etc.) and you should get some contract offers fairly soon. If I were you I would take a 1 year deal, because your training costs go up as your level increases, and most of the time a long term deal won't take that into account. Look for a starter job on a lower level team if you have too, since you get more xp the more plays you participate in. That's the basics really for looking for a team. You need anything else ask and I'll try to help out as much as possible.
ok i signed with a team now i guess ill just wait for the season to begin and see how this works out thx
Wow , this sounds very addictive from the concept of it..being a fantasy football player lol. I'll definitely check this out after my damn finals are over.
The thing is, you don't even have to spend a lot of time on it if you don't want to. Most of the day to day activities only takes a few minutes a day unless you run a team. Even when you level up, increasing your stats ony takes a few minutes. It's just fun way to spend some time.
And right now is a GREAT time to join up. A bunch of new teams were created and owners are starving for active, human players. Shouldn't be very difficult at all to get a good contract...
In the football game can you go to strip clubs, and give a random floozy herpes going by the name of Eric Canada?
I'm right there with you...what's the diff between cpu team and a human controlled team? How do you join a human team?
