I like soy drinks. I'm not a huge fan of plain soy milk, but flavored is another story... I want to share with you all what I think is the ultimate in soy drinks, Westsoy's Banana Berry Soy Smoothie. When you drink this stuff, you wouldn't believe there's soy milk in it. It's so freakin' good. They also make a pineapple orange smoothie, but the banana berry kicks major butt!

rH is not affiliated with the Westsoy company in any way, shape or form. He is just a fan of this drink! Please refrigerate before consuming.

Thanks for the tip. I usually make my own smoothies (bananas, berries, tofu, cranberry juice and protein powder), but some mornings I can barely put my shoes on let alone throw all that stuff in the blender. This might be a nice, quick alternative.

Oooh, good tips. I'll definitely give it a shot.

Bonus: they're on sale at a local co-op. I love my life. :)

Me too except I use peaches, mangos, berries, bananas, and soy protein powder in different combinations ;). In fact, I'm going to make me one right now after my 2 mile run.

I will have to check out these pre-made smoothies. I'll keep my eye out at the grocer. Thanks rH.
