Personally, I think it's fine as long as you're cool about it.
    Being cool about it means:

    1. Go with the flow - don't be caught drinking if security people are around and you look young.

    2. Don't drink to get drunk...we're doing this to play b-ball and hang out - not party. Everyone is driving home as well, and drinking and driving is extremely not cool.

However, if other people think that we'd better not have minors drinking, I can go with that too. I don't want to ruin any possibility of using the place in the future.

    Thoughts, everybody?

Everybody: The barbecue grills are gas - no need for charcoal.

    Food so far:

    Red: Shiner and potato salad.
    CriscoKidd: 15-20 burgers (no buns)
    B: 2 12 packs of soda
    8 hamburger buns
    16 slices of cheese
    4 turkey burgers

Gutter: 14 beef sausages + 6 pack of bud lite
Ninja: Sodas (could you make these gatorade?)
    Kam: paper plates, knives, etc.

We have a need for condiments, chips/salsa/dip, about 3 bags of ice, and maybe a six or 12 pack of gatorade for game-time/post game refuelling. I have a fairly large cooler we can use, but another one might be useful. It also sounds like we could use some more hamburger/hot dog buns

don't forget to bring a towel and change of clothes for swimming.

btw: anyone who is going to the Sunday game is invited to Kenneally's prior. I think we have about 8 so far, including heyschweetie and Crisco's wife. This is an Irish pub with a nice, covered and exposed patio, and great pizza...r.e.a.l.l.y.

It is almost exactly 5 minutes from the Summit.

On Shephard between Westheimer and San Felipe, across the street from the big Petco. White building with green trim. Can't miss it. The owner is a diehard Rocket's fan and has some great Rudy, Boylen, Barkley stories if you ask him at the right time.

    Directions are here:

    http://houston.citysearch.com/profile/9857861/

Directions from the pub to the Summit are easy. Go south on Shephard to Richmond and turn right. 4 lights is Buffalo Speedway and the first parking entrance. Don't overshoot the Summit. LOL

oh, I suggest everyone bring 2 t-shirts...one dark and one white. That will take care of the shirts/skins issue.
