I don't normally do this but it is for your own culinary good. Had fried soft shell crabs at Floyd's on FM 1960 between Champion Forest and Champions and it was awesome. If you like these as much as I do you also know they are hard to find. Enjoy!
I worked at the one on Durham before I moved to Austin. Easily one of the best restaurant jobs I ever had.
Hey what happened to the one on Durham, ie why the name change to Mardi Gras whatever. I was in there recently and they said nothing has changed but it wasn't quite as good as it was before.
