    This was a Delta flight, not Southwest. The only black man on the plane was the white guy acting up like one since, you know, you can choose your skin color.

    I currently work in the food/service industry part time while going to school. I have come to realize that just because they buy a drink from you or whatever they have the right to litter, make a mess, and scream and yell all they want. I like to see some respect and courtesy once in a while. I don't know how some of these people were raised...seriously.

    That's what I'm saying. They were supposed to get in at 3:30 PM but were delayed until 12:22 AM? WTF! I can DRIVE from Philly to Charlotte in less than 9 hours. I hope there's a typo in there somewhere. Land in Philly, kick the guys r****ded ass off the plane, refuel a little and take off.

    Most customers that I serve are amazing, but there are always a few that can really tick a person off. So probably NOT the average customer.
