    What, where, who, how?
    Damn, Macromedia Flash Maker/Builder is EXPENSIVE!!
    Are there any cheap or even FREE ways of creating a flash intro for ones website?
    oh yeah, not interested in those free pre-made flash intros either.

    For $49 you can get a copy of Firestarter, by Coffeecup Software which happens to be made right here in Texas. It's kinda basic, but it's real easy, as a bonus. You're probably not going to want to try and do any really complex type Flash movies with it, but for intros and effects, it's great.
