Nonsense. Fifty wins would've been playing way above their heads. They win the five (or four of the five) I listed above, they are at 45-46 wins with two to go, and competing (albeit behind) with the Twolves, Lakers, Blazers, and Jazz.
Coulda, woulda, shoulda.....it doesn't help us now. The Rockets have to learn from this experience- it's a harsh lesson, and a bitter pill to swallow, but if they don't take anything away from this season, they'll never make the playoffs.
Damn, where's that NY game from around Christmas? That was easily one of the stupidest, ugliest losses of the season.
Dont forget the Bulls game when Fizer tipped the ball in at the last second. Or the Sacramento game they lost by one point. I also remember them dropping a game to the Grizzlies. Oh well theres always next season.
Whats ugly is that I was at 3 of them I KNOW they shouldve won, the LAC game in Dec, NYC game after Xmas, and Mia game on Valentines i attended.
hehe all teams have those type of games. Just the better teams pull most of those out. Obviously the rockets are not one of the better teams
the better teams win games that they lost but should've pulled out? hmmmm, i'll have to think about that one. and who gives a **** which games we lost that we shoulda won. is b****ing about it now gonna bring your precious games back? just sit back, relax, and enjoy the western conference playoffs. throw a brick through your tv while watching the east knowing we would've easily been in those. that's my plan. but no b****ing for a while.
They should've won 15+ games this season that they lost. We are a good team that we dont get credit for.
Good teams find ways to win in the end. Bad teams usually lose the close ones down the stretch. Common sense, really.
