    The missus and I both agree that this would pretty much be the ultimate fist fight of all time, and is too close to call.

    Both of these dudes can duke it out like no one else. You just don't see these kinds of fights anymore.

    Kirk has some pretty creative fight moves, but Batman can make exciting words pop up on the screen with a single punch. Batman usually had Robin along to help out, but he generally took on larger groups of goons at once, while most of Kirk's fights have been one on one encounters.

    I will let the wisdom of ClutchFans determine the outcome of this surely spectacular bout of supreme awesomeness.

    I've always considered the fight between Kirk and Gorn to be the most hysterical fight ever on TV.

    Batman sucks, so Kirk wins.

    I like both, but gotta give Kirk the nod for the super drop kick. Plus, I don't know the specific advanced roshambo rules, but I'm pretty sure phaser beats utility belt every day of the week.

    Sure a great white shark is neat, but Kirk fought off aliens from other worlds and then mated with their women while Batman ran around in his underwear with his sidekick who also ran around in his underwear and cavorted in their super-secret "Bat Cave" with a 100 year old loner butler.

    Kirk > Batman

    PS: He could also play the flute well enough to lure evil, multicolored metallic mice to a watery death. That's a level of realism you just aren't going to get on Star Trek.

    I'm a big Batman fan, but if you go old school with Adam west, I still have to go with Kirk.

    Will Shatner is still holds his own in a TV fight to this day.

    That would be an advantage for certain, but useless against ripped shirt Kirk. Kirk can only be beaten when the integrity of his shirt is intact. Fortunately for his opponents, he is too honorable (and frugal) to rip his own shirt.
