Damn. Harold is in the movie? probably wont see it. I havent seen the other seven. (seven of them, right?)
can hollywood please concoct some creativity. at least they are running out of old crappy TV shows to turn into movies.
This is an interesting take on a reboot because it won't ignore the previous show and the movies. Something happens that basically sets up an alternate Star Trek universe so it's not a prequel per say either. I'm not a Trekie, I don't know that I've sat through more than 5 full eps of the show, I have seen all of the movies though. This has my interest because I trust JJ Abrams.
A patient of mine told me the other day that I looked like a guy from Star Trek. I didn't watch Star Trek, and don't know enough to know who he was talking to. When he left, he told me to "Say hi to Scotty" for him. Now, people at my work joke about it. One co-worker asked me this morning, "I didn't know you were here yet, what did you just beam in?"
There are 10 Star Trek movies. The first six have the cast of the original series, the last four have the TNG cast.
I can't think of a good reason why Spock would ever be choking somebody with that expression on his face. This movie is going to be weird.
I trust JJ Abrams and these first pics have got me interested even though I was never into the original series, only a few of the movies. TNG group though, grew up on that show, really wish they'd do another one
Hmmm... I wonder if I can name them all Star Trek: The Motion Picture Star Trek: The Wrath of Khan Star Trek: The Search for Spock Star Trek: The Voyage Home Star Trek: The Final Frontier Star Trek: The Undiscovered Country Star Trek: Generations Star Trek: First Contact Star Trek: Insurrection Star Trek: Nemesis hrmf... didn't struggle at all to name them. I must be more of a geek than I thought.
