lets see... Phil Jackson got 12 mil a year extension... JVG should get at least 13+ from the Knicks considering the situation there and how much of a hero JVG is to the ppl of New York. Hopefully Thibodeux will jump ship and go to Knicks after JVG leaves. Then we'll see some real asskicking. They have too much talent to do this...

104-59? Not even a contest anymore. I wouldn't be surprised if Zeke is out of a job TOMORROW.

Jeff Van Gundy makes a great deal of sense to be the Knicks head coach.

Which is why they wont do it.

Thomas will be fired immediately if he loses the next game IMO.

Over the summer in this forum I questioned Skiles.

Who can know what is in the mind (sic) of one James Dolan? I have heard from a decent source, and seen in print, that Stern told Dolan to handle the Isaih situastion - or Stern would. I expect Dolan the elder to ride the prez/coach/AH outta Dodge.

What kind of 'pass' does Karl have if chic pick Nugs don't start looking like real pretenders?

Perhaps the most deserving? Woodson. Perhaps.

    lmao.

JVG is a good fit for both of these possible openings. so is the ex pacer/piston coach. i can't think of his name.

I can't understand a coaching style like Zeke's. He's getting blown out and just sits there with a smirk on his face. Doesn't say anything to the players. Doesn't call timeout to regroup. Doesn't argue with the refs or get thrown out of the game. Just sits there like the team is in autopilot.

I blame Chicago's GM more than the Skiles for the teams weak start. Young players are just the types to be affected by trade talks, especially if they've never had to experience the business side of things.

At least Chicago still has one of the strongest rosters in the east, while NY has never struck me as a playoff team as much as a weird Island of Dr. Moreau of the bball IQ/effort r****ded.

I think Isiah comes too much from a players perspective in his coaching. If Kobe ever coaches, I think Isiah is his closest analogue. Just doesn't seem like a communicator, otherwise he wouldn't get half as much press as the ship would be sailing smoothly and ESPN wouldn't be doing exposes every week.
