my firefox messed up and i dont no how to settle it. my bokmarks had list under the address bar but they disappear. my address bar is replaced with good searcher. the whole bar is nothing like it was. how can i get it back
I'd try deleting your firefox profile -- be sure to pull your bookmarks out first. Your profile should be in C:\Documents and Settings\*your user name*\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles . . . There will be a folder there with some bizarre name (like 0z82fn2b.default). Inside of that folder, there will be a file called bookmarks.html. If you copy that out (maybe to your desktop for instance), then delete that folder, the next time you start firefox, it will create a new profile for you. Then you can just import the bookmarks that you copied out.
