You don’t have to love the folks you work with, as long as it’s a civil, professional work environment & they have a valuable skill set, who cares what they believe? The Texans are being reduced to hiring folks who align with Easterby. I wouldn’t want someone on my team who can’t do high quality work. Whether they aligned with me on a spiritual level or not. They are in this state because Easterby had Cal fire Gaine as part of his bumbled attempt to get Casserio, then fired their cap guru Olson so that Easterby could take on his role. That led to he and O'Brien f'ing the team up with horrible trades and bad contracts.

Talent as in players, FO, staff, etc... it's an organizational talent drain and that has nothing to do with on field performance. All replaced by bible thumping, unqualified, sycophants.
It's been a story around Iowa football for about a decade (look for "13 players in hospital"), and even moreso when they paid him a million to go away, and more since Urban hired him. Just google the guy's name, there's years of stories. The guy seems to be a piece of **** and has no business in the NFL.
