    'Subscribe to This Page'
Can anyone give me the basic run down of how this feature works?
Where do subscriptions show? or pop up?
    Thanks

Also what other hidden firefox features do you often use?

I would think they are subscriptions to RSS feeds, so they'll show up in any RSS reader that you have, like google reader. So if you subscribe to a blog, you'll get each new blog post in your RSS reader instead of having to visit the blog site.

i thought that it might show up under 'latest headlines' or somewhere in firefox?
does it have its own rss reader?
also do you have to go to your rss reader to be notified of new content?

If you subscribe using the "live headlines" option it will put a new tab next to the latest headlines for that page. Then you just open that dropdown to see if there is new content. There aren't any notifications about new items with that method that I'm aware of though.
