    Why? I understand they have done a poor job, but letting them go now does not help our team in the future. If we wait until the season over there will be lots more candidates for the job (Like current assistants, college coaches, etc.)

    Unless one of the existing coaches step in and take over. In which case Capers would get to bask in his miserable accomplishments.

    Basically, the players will work drills till the end of the season and then they'll get to open up their belated Christmas gift...
