No spreads or over/unders, I'm back in the lone star state. What happens tonight? Will JVG speak about the Donahey situation? Will Rocket fans fantasize about Sasha Vujachick? Will Lamar Odom be there? Will Sam be the King of LA? Will KG settle for jumpers? Will Jesus show up again ? where's Rosario Dawson? Kobe, Kobe, Kobe, Kobe, Kobe, Kobe, Kobe
If the Celtics let the Lakers get into transition, the Lakers are going to run them off the court. The Celtics' offense is not comparable to the Lakers in transition. Slow the Lakers down in half court!!! That's the only chance to beat the Lakers.
Now THIS is the Lakers team I expected to see in game 3. But I'm not sure if they will keep the pressure on the whole game. We will see if they can take advantage of the reprieve the Celts gave them on Tuesday. If Pau can join LO and snap out of it, the Celts are in big trouble.
not sure why phil is calling a timeout here. the lakers offense is as smooth as you'll ever see it, playing aggressively and the celtics can't throw it in the ocean right now. but they eventually will throw it in the ocean so the lakers better not get complacent with this lead and better be ready to respond to the inevitable run.
I see flashes of 2006. Just thought I'd mention that again. The Celts may never live down the last 2 minutes of game 3.
early runs don't mean much. it's all about the response. a few 3's, a few stops, and that lead is gone and the real game starts. if the lakers keep a killer attitude and try to add on to it, then it means something. if they start playing around, it means nothing.
the celtics are fouling like the lakers in game 1. stupid fouls without even trying to play D. and ariza is hitting 3's and house is missing them?
