Griffin miss

Francis offensive foul

Moochie miss

Griffin miss

Francis miss

Mobley miss

Francis miss

Not going to win many ballgames shooting that way down the stretch.... and certainly not going to win many ballgames when Walt Williams gets more shot attempts than Steve Francis and never makes a single one to justify it.

If you can't score, you can't win. Plain and simple.

Funny thing is, look at the shots they had. It wasn't like they had players all over them. They were open. They just couldn't knock them down and then they got tight and the Pacers extended their defense. Ballgame.

It seems like the Rockets do this a lot!

Meaning that they always pick the worst times to have these prolonged scoring droughts.

I love Rudy and I will defend him to the death, but I have always wondered why the Rockets have so many of these droughts. Isn't it his job to figure out a way to prevent this from happening? You can say good defense, but I don't see how you can say that when it happens, it seems, every 4 to 5 games.

Exactly, we were open all night and just couldn't knock anything down. Eddie was wide open for 3 when we were up 3, Moochie had several open 18 footers, going back earlier Walt was open all night. We just didn't hit jack. I mean look at Indiana's game winning basket by O'Neal. KT banging the hell out of him, turns for a 7 foot hook baseline and it goes in. Meanwhile we miss open shot after open shot. Sometimes that's what it comes down to. Oh and the refs sucking ass once again in a game against Indiana (on both sides this time at least but still more sucking for the Rockets in this fan's opinion).

the Wiz was horrible!!!!!! I was down low in the corner right behind him as he missed 4 straight shots of which 3 were 3pters.....he was terrible...get a lowly 3-10 points out him and this game is different....

Lotto Balls 2002 Here we Come!!

I saw the first 6 minutes of the game (basically Jeff Foster making KT look terrible).

In the final minutes, were they getting good shots and missing, or not getting good shots?

Players need to to shutup and play when a fouls called its called.
A player no matter how much he pleads his case will not change the member of the 3 blind mice's minds ;)

Agreed to tonight the Refs sucked bad but we missed some pretty easy shots..
Francis was hammered on that last play but honestly do you think refs are gonna call the foul with .9 seconds left to go.

You live by the 3 you die by the 3.

At the game tonight I saw 6 rockets shoot the ball up and start heading down to the other end of the court thinking its going in.
Not one followed their shots BUT Francis now why is this?

We are I think 6 1/2 games behind seattle for the 8th and final playoff spot...Is not over yet.

What, are they stupid, lazy, or lacking toughness for releasing to play transition defense according to the coach's order.

Most on this board worry about a guy making the 18 ft shot instead of a player being able to get a 8 ft shot like O'Neal.

I noticed that we had Kenny on O'Neal for most of the game and he was able to get off such easy shots. Kenny knew that if O'Neal got the ball, it was just about over so he was trying to deny him the ball which is the reason O'Neal got so many dunks and layups. We had terrible weak-side D and I have no idea why we didnt put Eddie on O'Neal.
