Now that Tracy is out for the foreseeable future, we need a shooting guard. What do you think about seeing the following players in a Rockets uni? Andre Iguodala, Maggette, Kevin Martin or Michael Redd? I know that Maggette has been talked about around here a lot. I think Redd would be great for our team because he is a lights out shooter. Also Iguodala would be good because he brings a sense of toughness with him. Kevin Martin is a great player as well.

    Andre Iguodala

    Kevin Martin

    Corey Maggette

    Michael Redd

probably Kevin Martin because of his history with Adelman.

ummm, and exactly how do you expect any of those guys to end up in houston?? It sounds like you're suggesting picking up a guy from the free agent pool to help out while Tmac is out, but the names you suggested don't match what youre suggesting.

kmart is the best in the list. Maybe we have a shot on Joe Johnson.

JAMES " THE FLIGHT" WHITE!!! is the answer! lol :D

I think we will be pushin even harder to get a player like Caron Butler in the offseason, especailly with Tracy's contract finally expiring. That would bring a young developed guard to help lead the Rockets.

I don't know how obtainable any of those players are, but I like Iguodala the most.

Andre Iguodala- probably wouldn't fit with Ron Artest as they would compete for ball, if Ron left, sure, seems to have good +/- numbers.

Martin- good fit with Yao and Artest, would be our Ray Allen.

Maggette- uh, doesn't play defense and has never won in his career. No thanks.

Redd- great fit with Yao and Artest, would be our Ray Allen.

I would have to say Kevin Martin. He's young, can shoots lights outs and gets fouled going to the basket. one of the best at that.

A tracy for Redd trade next season would be awesome. If Artest signs with us, I think that would be a great team.

I would love for the Rockets to get Kevin Martin, but I imagine Sac-Town would want to keep their hands on him for the foreseeable future (contract runs through the 2012-2013 season).

He is a very efficient three point shooter, but he can also drive into the lane in a way that usually equals either two points or a trip to the charity stripe.

Maggette and Redd are the only reasonable options, Iguodala and Martin are signed to reasonable contracts and they are the respective cornerstone of their franchises - no reason why they'd give them up.

Von Wafer. Ron-Ron and AB can play the 2, depending on what we're defending. I'm still rooting for Barry, but he needs to stop messing up. And now I want to see me some White Flight.

Redd is as injury prone as Tracy, and the others you suggested cost $$ how would we be able to get these players in a Rockets uniform?
