For a mug shot, I'd say that's pretty damn decent.

Part of the blame has to be placed on the school districts. If they paid their teachers decent wages, they wouldn't have to keep hiring young, hot chicks straight out of college.

I know most people will say, "It's wrong, the boy is underage, end of story", but I don't think it is the end of the story. I'm not saying she shouldn't be punished. If she broke a law and pleaded guilty, then punish her (though 105 years is excessive).

I'd really like to see one of these cases go through a full trial. Put some of these boys on the stand and find out exactly who wanted to have sex with whom. I think one day, we might see a landmark case about this, a Roe vs. Wade like case that completely changes how these situations are governed.

Also, what's the deal with making her family pay for the ankle monitor? What are they going to do if the family doesn't pay, shut it off?

If a teenage boy feels or develops any psychological repercussions for being 'taken advantage of' sexually by an older woman, be it current to the act or later on in life, it would be mostly due to the social stigma that comes with being a "sexual abuse victim" and society's very one-size-fits-all damning response/reaction to it.

 

so if 15 year old girl is "hot" for her male teacher, and he has sex with her, do you think its okay. girls usually mature faster than boys also.

 

15 year old girls 'usually' don't have to combat their own sexual arousal only to merely keep it on a short leash when the fight is successful , which to a 15 year old boy 'usually' is unforgivably constant, unwillingly persistent, daily and nightly beckoning and begging to be released.

If that's not enough for you, to illustrate the difference of boys and girls more clearly.... Girls don't "have-to" masturbate.

 

Good point. There was that other recent thread where a female student moved out of her parents' home and married her teacher. The more amazing part of the story was that the parents grudgingly agreed for some stupid reason that I can't even fathom right now. Maybe someone else here can find it.

we can't use examples of teenage girls that actively sought out marriage with an older man. because then you're contradicting the argument of "no double standards", as teenage boys in most of these cases don't 'usually' seek out the female teacher. they respond. with the female teacher normally being the "aggressor"

so if we use a proper example, where the male teacher is the aggressor with a 14-15 year old girl, is the result the same?

I see your point w/ that case, I'll throw it out. I don't remember if they ever openly stated if they had sex w/ each other yet so I can't say the relevance.

But I'm sure at one point in time a female student was attracted enough to a male teacher that she decided she wanted sexual relations w/ him. And at one point in time a consenting female student and male teacher had a said sexual encounter. You can't believe that this has NEVER happened. In this case is it ok?

 

Oh, forgot to address your other questions. In most cases males probably wouldn't feel taken advantage of, myself included. In most cases females probably would feel taken advantage of. I agree w/ you for most of that. But to make a blanket statement that a teenage girl would NEVER once in the history of time reciprocate the same feelings a teenage boy has in the same situation is a bit ridiculous. In THAT case is it ok?
