I really like Bogut. He is having a good season. And his team is playing good too.

Another 14 assists for Collison after his 18 assist performance.

    Is he that good?

Is it because he learned behind one of the best?

    Is it a system thing?

    Is it another fluke?

i'd wait to see how collison does when teams start scouting him and setting up defensive gameplans for him.

    Little Brother beats Big Brother..
    Kobe's 44 wasn't enough vs the Grizzlies.

That was pretty lousy execution by the Lakers down 2 with over 20 seconds left.

Kobe dribbled on the perimeter until about the 3 second mark then passed to Artest for a 3.

I don't think the ball even went inside the arc when they only needed 2 points to extend the game.

Every team is susceptible to poor execution in those situations. Obviously, some more than others.

I think the Lakers showed a serious lack of focus at times and it bit them. I never got the feeling of inevitability they were going to win this game.

This was a great win for the Grizzlies and erases the disaster of blowing the 20-point lead to the CP3-less Hornets. They showed some guts coming to play tonight after such a tough loss.

One of the funniest things I've seen all year...

Kings v. Nuggets in OT and Kings were down 2 with with 1 second left and Chauncey at the FT line.

Chauncey shoots his first free throw, and as it jumps around on the rim then falls out, Omri Casspi does a giddy little jump thingy while screaming "YES" that you could clearly hear.

Then Chauncey looks over and see him doing that and gives him a big smile while high-fiving his teammates.

    Classic.

Nicolas Batum has really gotten inside Stephen Jackson's head tonight.

And just now he gets the alley-oop slam from Dre.

I cannot believe how well Batum has played since being activated. He is already a big difference-maker for the Blazers. Martell Webster is completely irrelevant.

Batum and Rudy are like two energizer bunnies on the floor at the same time. Last season, Batum didn't move nearly this much off the ball. I used to compare him to Tayshaun Prince but that might be his floor as opposed to his ceiling.
