I was just offered Drew Gooden and Mark Blount for Tyson Chandler. My gut is telling me to do it, hence my apprehension.

I would hold on to Chandler. He's the only C the Bulls have, and he's a great source of blocks, boards, and FG%. Gooden is slowly losing minutes to Donyell Marshall. (and rightly so, as DM is a roto stud when getting mins). Blount only has 6 rebounds in his last 4 games and is already in the coach's doghouse.

Does it change anything if I already have Marshall?

Yes it does. Basically you will be purchasing a Donyell Marshall insurance policy. That and a guy that you will probably be able to pick up off the waiver wire in a couple of weeks after everyone drops him for Desagana Diop. If that's worth it, then go for it.

If you want to move Chandler, wait for him to show some better production first and you'll get better value for him. The player offering you this trade is trying to buy low.

No problem man. I got a guy in my league that is wanting to offer me Mike Bibby for Troy Murphy or Zach Randolph + Leandro Barbosa. Which begs the question: Who do I keep - Zach or Troy?

You keep both. that Kingts offense is struggling this year. plus Bibby's assist avg the last 3 years are 5.4, 6.8, and 5.1. Stick with the double double guys, and wait until someone gets desparate for a rebounder.

I don't like anyone on the Kings. Their starters have great numbers but are too injury prone.

    RM95,
I agree with Roxfan. ChanChan will get more offers because 5s with decent numbers are in high demand so you'll be able to deal him whenever you want to...even if his production levels out.

Thanks guys. I think I will just hold on to these guys, especially since I have 1 King on my team already (Miller) and I have Stoudamire who finally went off for my team last night, so my assist need has subsided somewhat.

    I'd hang on to Chandler.

i say trade him, sweetney is taking over in chicago now and its about damn time. Chandler is way too inconsistent, if u can get gooden, go for it. Gooden will give u 8-12 boards a game and 10-14 pts. and hes more consistent than Chandler.
