So many good choices, but this always make my sides hurt. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r76k8uB3p98 Wouldn't let me embed.
Anything with Kramer. But more specifically, the time he was in a cab with the Native Indian sticking out the window and he starts hollering like an Indian as he passed by Jerry and his girlfriend who happened to be a Native Indian. Hilarious.
Man .....there are so many ones that i could name , but i wanna say "the bet" is pretty funny with the naked neighbor across Jerry's Apt.
It's funny but Jerry never amused me. it was all the characters around Seinfeld that made that show the best ever. Any moment with mr. J peterman was a favorite of mine, along with anything involving George Costanza. George is getting very upset!!
My favorite, and the one that gets repeated around the office, especially just before someone goes on vacation: "Up here - I'm already gone."

Kramer's skin feels so good with butter; he takes to spreading it all over his body. Unfortunately, he falls asleep as he lies out in the sun where he begins to cook. The Opposite
The one that has most lasting personal/philosophical resonance: "If every instinct you have is wrong, then the opposite would have to be right." George Does the Opposite (embedding disabled) Funniest one-off character: Phillip Baker Hall as Bookman, NYPL P.I. Detective Bookman (emedding diabled)

The last part of the Marine Biologist.... George telling the story then pulling the Titleist out will always be my favorite seinfeld moment. But a very close second is the answering machine song when he is screening all his phone calls... "Believe it or not, George isn't at home. Please leave a message at the beep. I must be out, or I'd pick up the phone. Where could I be? Believe it or not, I'm not home."

When Kramer explains to Jerry that the woman he's dating is "Erica the Phone Sex Lady." http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kq6Tb3G3twA
