I love quoting movies. In fact, my friends consider me a human random movie quote generator, able to whip up a movie quote to fit any scenario or situation. I've always seen myself like Brian Benben from the old HBO show "Dream On," where the lead character quotes old movies in his head (based on everyday activities). So, I ask you: What's your favorite movie quote? I think my favorite is... "And when Dr. Evil gets angry, Mr. Bigglesworth gets upset. And when Mr. Bigglesworth gets upset... people DIE!!" - Dr. Evil, Austin Powers (Pretty much anything Dr. Evil says is my favorite quote, though...)
Don't really have a favorite movie quote... But I wanted to comment on your sig, which has one of the greatest quotes ever. Me and my friends used to say that all the time! We'd say it like..."RocketfuelmaltliquorDAAAAAAAMN!" Ah, I miss that show.
I can pretty much recite the entire movie Stripes from beginning to end. It's ridiculous. Just about anything Bill Murray has done is quotable.... Where do these stairs go? They go up. I've got tons from Woody Allen movies too: Woody: Like, why were there Nazi's? His Father: How the hell should I know? I don't even know how the toaster works! or Woody: Ok, I've gotta go. I'm due back on the planet Earth. Pretty much all the Austin Powers are worthy of quoting and there are many others. Albert Brooks, Richard Pryor, Eddie Murphy, any of the original SNL cast members, Gene Wilder, Mel Brooks: Count DeMoney: Your majesty, you look like the piss boy! King: And you look like a bucket of ****!!! I could go on for hours and hours. My songwriting partner and I could recite movie lines probably for days on end without stopping. BTW: I second the sig love. Mrs JB and I LOVE that scene from News Radio.
I was born to love you, I was born to lick your face, I was born to rub you, But you were born to rub me first.
Person 1: "Nice Beaver" Person 2: "Thanks, I just had it stuffed." Bonus points to whoever can name the film, the characters (actors' names acceptable), and what is going on in the scene....
Naked Gun Priscilla Presley Leslie Nielson In Ricardo Maltobans offices she's climbing a ladder in front of shelfs and he's lookin up her skirt as she brings down a large stuffed beaver
Just as Jeff can recite "Stripes" in it's entirety, I can recite all of "Monty Python and the Holy Grail". I've seen that movie over 100 times (probably 200 times). Dingo:You must tie her down on a bed and spank her! GIRLS: A spanking! A spanking! DINGO: You must spank her well. And after you have spanked her, you may deal with her as you like. And then, spank me. VARIOUS GIRLS: And spank me. And me. And me. DINGO: Yes, yes, you must give us all a good spanking! GIRLS: A spanking! A spanking! DINGO: And after the spanking, the oral sex. GIRLS: Oral sex! Oral sex! GALAHAD: Well, I could stay a BIT longer. My all time favorite!
Leslie Neilson and Pricilla Presley in Naked Gun. She is standing on a ladder getting a file and he is holding it. She then hands down a stuffed beaver EDIT: Damn your quick fingers Rockets2K
...oh, and since I just finished watching the DVD: "KHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!" (try and work THAT into a conversation!)
"We be fast, they be slow"-Ghostbusters or "Steal a monkey?, shiiiiiitttttt"-Jay (Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back) EDIT: oh yea one more "The female clitoris?"-Jay (Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back)
"Go ahead, make my day." Surprisingly easy to work into a conversation... On the lighter side - "You have a toit body... Yess, very toit." Also surprisingly easy to work into a conversation...
I could go on forever reciting quotes from Dr. Strangelove, but I'll just give the first one that comes to mind. Gentlemen, you can't fight in here! This is the War Room.
You know what I'd do with a million bucks? I'll tell you what I'd do. Two chicks at the same time. Always wanted to do that. I figure if I had a million dollars, I could hook that up.
